Linde Hydraulics at Bauma 2007.

 

Linde Hydraulics and Linde Material Handling will be joining forces at Bauma with a large joint stand in Hall B4 (stand 331); Linde Hydraulics will be providing extensive insight into its drive technology and industrial trucks range as well as unveiling various product innovations.

The LinDrive driving philosophy, which is all about precision, dynamics and reliability, leading in turn to increased economic efficiency, focuses on design, construction and the optimised interaction of all Linde propel drive components. The range also features a new closed-loop product, the HPV-02 CA, and this too offers the benefits you would expect from LinDrive™:
precise manoeuvring thanks to direct machine control, dynamic handling through optimum utilisation of the installed engine power and total reliability thanks to good availability of drive components and high safety standards.

HPV-02 CA — Dynamics count.
Many manufacturers of wheel loaders, telehandlers, mining vehicles and aircraft tugs make a conscious decision not to opt for electro-hydraulic drive control. With this in mind, Linde Hydraulics has added the HPV-02 CA to its comprehensive product range for mobile machinery. This axial piston pump is speed controlled, and features optional secondary control of the hydraulic motor. This allows operators to exert sensitive and stepless control over their machinery using the accelerator pedal as well as determining the distribution of power between the work hydraulics and the propel hydraulics by way of the inching function. Precise power control settings enable full utilisation of the available power and controlled torque formation. This allows the HPV-02 CA, which is initially available in the nominal sizes 55 ccm/rev and 75 ccm/rev, to offer the functionality, convenience and safety of electro-hydraulic control.

LSC — Synchronous control counts.
Optimum power utilisation tailored to the typical requirements of a given application or to specific individual scenarios determines the economic efficiency of construction machinery. Linde Hydraulics offers a modular valve plate system and compact monoblock solutions to enable impressive flexibility in machinery design.

Integrating various valve functions in the monoblock eliminates the need for complex hose and pipe work, which enables the equipment manufacturer to benefit from shorter installation times. This also boosts the overall efficiency of the hydraulic system, as hose and pipe connections, which can cause power loss, become unnecessary. The result: The machinery offers even faster response times, greater agility and enhanced efficiency.

Depending on the pressure level and the way in which the individual actuators are prioritised, Linde Hydraulics can design the LSC system as either a single-circuit or dual-circuit system. Precise, proportionate actuator control takes place either hydraulically or electrically, and both systems boast all the benefits of the Linde Synchron Control System (LSC). The commands from the machinery operator are converted into direct signals to the actuators. The easy control of all components supports efficient fatigue-free work. Simultaneous load-independent movements and “on demand” pump control are preconditions for fast working cycles and low operational cost. In addition to power regulation and high pressure relief, safety and optimum machine function are also provided by the optional priority selection. Even with synchronous control of several functions, the priority mode guarantees preferential operation of selected actuators.

LinDiag® for easy set-up and fast diagnostics.
The electronic driving control units CED and CEB for drives in closed-loop and open-loop applications guarantee driving performance with the optimum utilisation of engine power. With the support of the LinDiag® software the complete drive system is optimized. In addition to the teach-in-function for matching the system components such as the joystick, pedal, diesel engine, hydraulic pump and motor, LinDiag® offers the feature of individual set-up and flashing (software-update). The broad range of functional groups also includes diagnostics, checking of cable harnesses, documentation and reporting. Due to the modular structure of LinDiag® individual functional groups can easily be added or left out. LinDiag® is operated via notebook. With its practical structure and its clear design it is programmed for easy use.
